Birth Doula Services
As The divine doula, I believe in empowering your family by providing a supportive environment where you can develop your own parenting style. My Birth Doula services include;
One initial (free) meeting.
Two antenatal sessions.
On-call period of around- the- clock support from 38 weeks up until and including the birth.
Full support through Labour and delivery.
One postnatal meeting.
Postnatal Doula Services
Postnatal support can begin anytime from 0-6 weeks. I will be available to assist you with feeding support, sibling care, light housework and cooking. This care would be during the day and on a case-by-case basis.
Night time support services
Night time support can begin from 0-12 weeks, suiting families that may have a parent return to work and need help at night time.
Night time support includes feeding and changing baby, putting baby to sleep, general light housework. emotional and physical support for parent(s).
